Let’s bust a myth real quick:
Myth: You have to be confident, sexy, and know how to pose before you book a boudoir or lifestyle shoot.
Truth: Most people feel nervous, unsure, or even awkward leading up to a shoot—and that’s completely normal.
Here’s what actually happens…
If you're unsure about booking a session—whether it's boudoir, lifestyle, or somewhere in between—I want you to know: you’re not alone. Most of us carry quiet questions like: Will I know what to do? Will I feel comfortable? Will I even like how I look?
Now, take a breath. This space is designed for you to feel seen, celebrated, and supported. You don’t have to perform or prove anything. Just showing up as you are—that’s where everything begins.
Here’s a glimpse into the experience I create with every client:
Step 1: We Connect Before You Even Step In the Studio
We start with intention—whether it’s a call, a mood board, or just a good conversation. We talk about what you’re celebrating, how you want to feel, and the energy you want to carry. No pressure. No perfection. Just space to be yourself.

Through my lens
When I show you that first photo? It usually shifts something. You’ll see yourself as I see you: real, radiant, powerful.
Step 2: The Day-of Experience
You arrive, and we settle in gently. Music, tea, a few deep breaths—whatever helps you feel grounded. We talk, we laugh, and we move with ease. I guide you through everything—no experience needed. You’re not here to get it “right.” You’re here to feel free.
And when I show you that first photo? It usually shifts something. You’ll see yourself as I see you: real, radiant, powerful.
THIS IS MORE THAN A PHOTOSHOOT. IT’S A REFLECTION. A RECLAIMING. A MOMENT TO SAY: THIS IS ME—I AM POWERFUL.
Step 3: You Start to See Yourself Differently
As the session flows, something beautiful happens. You start to soften. Your laugh becomes louder, your movements more natural. You stop second-guessing and begin to simply be. That’s where the magic lives.
Step 4: The Reveal & Choosing Your Images
After your session, we go through your images together—intentionally, with care. You choose what resonates with you, what reflects the truth of who you are and the woman you’re becoming.
This is more than a photoshoot. It’s a reflection. A reclaiming. A moment to say: this is me—I am powerful.
If this speaks to you, send me a DM on Instagram. I’d love to hear about your first photoshoot experience—or what’s been holding you back from booking one. You deserve to be seen. Let’s talk.
You don’t need a special occasion. Your existence is the celebration. Your presence is enough. Let’s honor that, together.
