I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a boudoir shoot for the holidays. First, let me state how accommodating and fun, the process was to work with Layra for this gift idea!

I knew I wanted to use Layra’s services because I had seen her incredible work through social media and I am so grateful that I did! Our shoot turned out amazing and was so much fun to do. Layra instantly made us feel so at home.

I wanted boudoir photos to remind me how powerful, beautiful and sexy I am...even as the world tells me that I'm not because I'm a larger Black woman. As I've done the inner work to heal my relationship with my body, I wanted to do a shoot for the experience as well as the resulting photos.

Layra not only created a loving space for us (not just me, but herself too!) to harness our sacred feminine power and beauty, but she leverages her keen eye to capture to most breathtaking images!
