By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Booking Process: To secure your session, a non-refundable deposit of $850 is required at the time of booking. Custom packages and A la carte albums, prints, and wall art available, during the reveal session.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

2.1 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 10 days before the booked date without additional fees. Rescheduling within 10 days results in forfeiture of the deposit.

2.2 Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 10 days in advance will receive a credit toward a future session.

3. Session Details

3.1 Sessions are customizable—clients may choose a boudoir session, a personal branding session, or a combination of both based on their needs.

3.2 Location: Sessions take place at one of our partnered studios in New York City. Location changes must be agreed upon in advance.

3.3 Duration: Standard sessions last 120 minutes (2hrs), though exact timing varies based on client needs.

3.4 Client Conduct: Clients must maintain respectful behavior during sessions. Layra Marz Photography reserves the right to end a session due to inappropriate conduct.

4. Deliverables and Packages

4.1 Portrait Packages: There are three packages available, starting with 25 edited high-resolution digital images and increasing from there. All images are delivered in a private online gallery. Additional images, à la carte options, and wall art are available for purchase.

4.2 Editing: Images are artistically edited in black and white, with color versions available upon request.

4.3 Delivery Time: Digital images will be delivered within 10 business days. Printed materials will be delivered within 1-2 months of full payment.

4.4 Usage Rights: Clients receive personal, non-commercial usage rights. Commercial usage requires prior written consent and a commercial license.

5. Copyright and Usage

5.1 Photographer’s Rights: Layra Marz Photography retains the copyright to all images.

5.2 Portfolio Use: Layra Marz Photography may use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Liability

6.1 Limitation of Liability: Layra Marz Photography is not liable for loss, damage, or injury during the session.

6.2 Force Majeure: Layra Marz Photography is not liable for session disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

7. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

7.1 Late Arrival: Late arrival time will be deducted from the session duration. No compensation will be provided for lost time.

7.2 No-Show: Clients who fail to arrive for their session forfeit all payments. Rescheduling due to emergencies is at the discretion of Layra Marz Photography.

8. Level of Nudity

8.1 Client Consent: Clients determine their comfort level regarding nudity. They must communicate discomfort immediately during the session.

9. Age of Consent

9.1 Legal Age: Clients must be 18 years or older to participate in boudoir sessions.

10. Independent Contractors

10.1 Third-Party Services: Layra Marz Photography is not liable for services rendered by independent contractors, including hair and makeup artists.

11. Alcohol & Drug Policy

11.1 Prohibition: The use of alcohol or drugs is not permitted before or during the session. Layra Marz Photography reserves the right to cancel the session if a client appears intoxicated.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Amendments: These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will be available on the website.

12.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Disputes will be resolved in New York courts.
