Welcome to Layra Marz Photography. By booking services with Layra Marz Photography, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Services Provided

Layra Marz Photography offers professional photography services, including but not limited to portrait sessions, boudoir photography, event photography, and related services.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable retainer deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit serves to secure your photo session time slot.

Full payment for the services must be made prior to the photo session unless otherwise agreed upon.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the agreed-upon rate will remain in effect.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled session. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 30 days.

If Layra Marz Photography needs to cancel or reschedule, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the deposit.

4. Copyright and Usage

All images created by Layra Marz Photography are protected by copyright law. Layra Marz Photography retains all copyrights to the images, even after purchase.

Clients are granted a personal license to use the images for non-commercial purposes, including social media sharing, with proper credit to Layra Marz Photography.

Commercial usage, including the sale of images, requires explicit written permission and may involve additional fees.

 

5. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered digitally in an online gallery within 4 weeks of the session date, unless otherwise agreed upon. All images for the “I AM” Series will be delivered digitally in an online gallery in Black and White. 

Layra Marz Photography is not responsible for the storage of your digital files 3 months after delivery. We recommend backing up your images immediately upon receipt. 

6. Liability

Layra Marz Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or illness.

In the unlikely event that all or some of the images are lost or damaged, Layra Marz Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that all participants in the session are aware of the scheduled time and location.

Clients must arrive on time; delays may result in reduced session time.

8. Modifications to Terms

Layra Marz Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

Fulfillment Policy

At Layra Marz Photography, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring that all products and sessions are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner. Below is an outline of our fulfillment policy.

Photography Sessions

  • Once your session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your session and any necessary preparation instructions.
  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the session.
  • Sessions are typically scheduled within 2-4 weeks of booking, depending on availability.

Editing and Delivery

  • After your session, photos will be professionally edited and made available to you within 2-4 weeks. You will receive a link to your online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints.
  • You can expect high-quality, black-and-white portraits from the I AM Portrait Series, or customized collections for brand sessions. Additional editing requests may be accommodated at an extra cost.
  • Digital files are delivered via a private online gallery. Print orders, albums, and other physical products may take additional time to process and ship.

Shipping of Physical Products

  • Once products (such as prints, albums, or wall art) are ready, they will be shipped to the address provided during booking.
  • We aim to ship all physical products within 4-6 weeks from the final approval of the proofs.
  • Shipping fees are included in the session price.

Refund and Cancellation

  • Due to the nature of our services, all session fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session may incur a rescheduling fee.
  • If any product arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a replacement.

Changes to This Policy 

Layra Marz Photography reserves the right to modify or update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
